Erowid Announcement #40
April 21, 2004
Greetings Friends,

Out of the frying pan and into the fire. Tax time is over, Extracts time is here. Issue #6 of our print newsletter is in the works and will be going to the printer next month. Erowid members who join at the $25 level now will receive issue #5 now and issue #6 when it is finished.

A highlight of the last month was definitely the surprising media report, Ecstasy Rising, on ABC. It stands out as a real effort to document some of the serious failings in the government's 'war on ecstasy' and some of the collateral damage it has caused. See the summary article listed below (#6).

We welcome submissions, suggestions, criticisms, or corrections at

fire, earth, & the Erowid crew
