It was a rather spontaneous decision to go on a trip. I thought "this will surely help get back on my feet before the week starts anew". On DMT-Nexus I found that Theobromine synergises with acid. Given my past experiences with LSD I thought I would give it a go. I weighed out about 6.5g of Cacao powder, added a teaspoon of sugar, warm water to mix it all up. Cheers!
Half an hour later, the tab went under my tongue. I am not sure why but it did taste slightly bitter, something never before experienced with LSD. I then proceeded to roll up, the task turned out much harder than anticipated. It took me about 90 minutes to roll up a joint of some Cannabis Sativa. Once the Cacao and acid fully kicked in, I went outside. It was snowing but the environmental cold was nowhere to be felt. I lit up and immediately noticed - I forgot how to smoke. Halfway through called the rest of it off. "This should do the trick" I said, going back to the very room I had just peeked out of. Listening to music was much. Sitting in front of the PC with eyes open was almost too much. Photosensitivity was peaking so I went to a different, darker room to lay down. Hyperthermia was an issue, I was constantly forced to change my position to adjust for the hairs overheating the head. I got a bit stiff, the mattress really did help wind out. With my eyes closed I listened.
My younger brother had just broken his leg while skiing. To make things worse, his injury has been misdiagnosed by the doctors and immediate action was required. He was in pain and confusion, awaiting a surgical procedure and there was nothing I could do to help. "This is the worst trip ever. Go with the flow", and so I went. I lay there for quite some time, experiencing different kinds of emotion. I felt disconnected from my body and somehow connected to someone I once used to know. The thoughts were in a rush. Throughout I have experienced ego deaths, thought loops, OEV, CEV and much more. Overall I could describe it as an OOBE. I would not recommend doing this while sick. Be mindful of dosages, mindset and the setting as they will surely affect the experience itself and your capacity to analyse and integrate. Be well.
