How do quick-flush drink products help with drug tests?
Q: I was wandering if you know anything about a product made by a company called Detoxify ? The product is a quick flush drink called Ready Clean.

A: I found a description of this product at:
http://stores.yahoo.com/accord/readyclean.html
.

Most tea/drink preparations work on the same principal: diluting your urine at the time of testing. There is very little evidence that any of the actual concoctions work any better than plain water, although there's really not enough research to rule it out, either. The main issues are: drinking enough to generally flush your system, not giving first-in-the-morning pee, and drinking enough so that your pee is very light, then taking vitamins and creatine to add something back into the pee so it doesn't look clear.

The products says it contains B vitamins & creatine so this might be a fine choice, but it would probably be a good idea to drink extra water several hours ahead of time or the night before as well.

This type of product is not likely to cause you any problems, unless you become overconfident in your pre-test drug use because you think this will save you.
