What is the legal status of MBDB and MEM?
Q: What is the legal status of MBDB and MEM in the US and abroad?

A: Neither of these drugs are specifically scheduled in the US, but both would probably be covered by the analogue drug laws. MBDB in particular is questionable, as it is technically an isomer of MDEA (meaning their chemical structures are related in a very specific way and are very similar), although not the kind of isomer specifically covered by the Controlled Substances Act itself. MBDB is illegal in at least some European countries, including Germany and Sweden.
