Does MDMA affect males differently then females?
Q: Will taking one pill of MDMA affect me (male) differently than a girl (in general)? Same pills, just wondering if MDMA affects females differently than males?

A: MDMA will effect males differently then females. The first reason is that males are generally larger, so a single tablet will usually provide a lower dose relative to body weight.

There is also a recent study that shows that women generally experience MDMA effects more strongly than men, even when body weight is accounted for. The results of this study can be found at: Lichti et al. 2001
