Well unfortunately I am telling this story from the bystander perspective as my friend (we'll just call him Buddy) who dosed that much doesnt have a working computer right now I will get him to come over and write a report though. Last night me and a friend both planned on dosing 275 mg of DXM with .1 or so of MDMA completely unaware I could have gotten serotonin syndrome it was a night full of carelessness...(we werent even properly measuring out the chemicals and also there are several mg maybe even a hundred unaccountable for because he was doing some sub lingual before hand..)

So we took the capsules and smoked about 20 mg of JWH while we waited to pick up some bud, I was on a completely empty stomach and surprisingly it took longer to kick in then it did for my friend he soon became really anti social as he said and I just had a bad case of gut rot and nausea after we got the weed he gave me a gram and said he was going home I say haha k peace Buddy he called me and said he wasent coming back he was too fucked up or something? Two hours have passed meanwhile I lay in my bed feeling more sick than high like there was a chemical reaction going on in my stomach I talked to a friend who told me I can get serotonin syndrome and I should probably make myself puke because I was feeling really nauseous so I did and felt a lot better, Buddy calls me up right after I puke asking if I wanna go for a walk I say ok and head over to the park where we will smoke a joint or two and he will take another 200-250 mg of dxm. We chill for an hour or so in my room till I recieved a phone call from a friend saying she was on my street picking me up I told her no because I still wasent feeling that well just had stomach pains but was actually enjoying an alright buzz.

Stupid mistake number 100: we go to her house and proceed to smoke another 10 mg of JWH laced in cannabis, friends show up and we hang out for a while Buddy is doing great completely social and not having any muscle twitches, he decides soon that he wants to reach the fourth plateau me not caring just being irresponsible say OK with a smile on my face, just laughing about how how we're about to get from another 500-650 mg. I honestly was not thinking at this point and I agreed to take my horse pill when he did, some time goes by and I start to think he either forgot or his better judgment got the best of him (which would have been a good thing) then I see him across the room just randomly pop it conversing with a couple girls my one friend who picked us up said she wanted to take us back soon (she later said it was because Buddy looked really bad dripping with sweat at this point) so we drive some friends home and this one girl is sitting on Buddy's lap in the passenger seat apparently she was rubbing his leg and making him trip out he said because she was ugly.

By the time were on our way back to my house you can seriously tell Buddy is tripping it took several times for me to say his name before he even heard me, yes he was already becoming incoherent, I didn't think much just that he was seriously high he mumbled and said something like man I'm seriously in another reality right now. For some reason I didn't think much of his dose and though he would be alright I didn't even think he would need a sitter but I knew I shouldn't have taken the pill we were both treading in uncharted consciousness I felt bad so I told him I would take mine as soon as I had a drink (with cotton mouth from the JWH) not that he was tripping bad he was just completely silent looking at everything around him like WHERE AM I, we get to my house and me under estimating his trip walk casually to the door, I look back waiting and hear my friend say help him! He is trying to make it to my door touching my parents cars and trying to go through the garage door and stumbling almost shaking too I see his condition and immediately help, I get him through my door and right then he starts to have convulsions and shake extremely with his arms up like a mummy not even seeing me in front of him I ask him if he wants me to call an ambulance a few times he finally looks at me and says NO?

I bring him downstairs into the bathroom because he was absolutely soaking wet in his own sweat so I gave him a towel with cold water he also had an insane fever I knew it was hyperthermia his legs were flexing and I could tell it was the most intense thing hes ever done Buddy has done acid several times, salvia, (DXM 600 mg) and even DMT and has told me this is the most intense thing hes ever been through. He was asking himself 'am I going insane?' I told him man your just tripping your just really high right now you'll be fine in an hour. Buddy is still convulsing and shaking and we have now lost communication he looks towards me when I speak but only sees through me as if he is creating his own illusion of reality I continue to watch him and make sure hes alright trying to talk to him as much as I can and keep him up. He will probably never do DXM again he was fine by 7:00am well coherent at least and could hold a conversation, later at 3pm that day he calls me to let me know hes still kinda fucked up.

DO NOT GO OVER BOARD WITH DXM!
