1) get a small bowl, a spoon & pancake syrup
2) measure out how much kratom I wanna take
3) put the kratom in the bowl; add as much syrup as I want
4) now all I have to do is stir until it's all one consistent glob
5) grab my spoon & something to drink
6) now I just start eating the glob just as if it were pudding.
W/all syrup it makes it easy to swallow, tastes good & I don't waste any.
