I am writing this after having several experiences using H. B. Woodrose. After having conducted several hours of research I found that the external covering and some of the inner material of the HBW contains toxins that will make you very sick and violently vomit, or may even KILL YOU if taken in sufficient doses, I decided to learn the best way to remove the toxins and keep the LSA in tact.

I have used this process several times and it never fails to remove the toxins and leave only the LSA in its purest form. The process is quite simple really:

1. Take the HBW seeds and place them on a sheet of 180 grit sandpaper, fold the sand paper in half and start rolling the seeds around. Check the seeds every so often removing the dark outer material being removed. After a few minutes of doing this you should have changed the outward appearance of the seeds from a dark brown to a light tan. The light tan is the final remnant of the highly toxic outer covering.
2. Take the seeds and scrape it with your finger nail. If the light tan covering comes off easily you have been successful in removing most of the toxic outer covering. I finish scraping each seed with my finger nail until all the light tan material is removed as well.
3. Next take a coffee grinder and grind up the seeds as fine as possible. About a minute is usually sufficient.
4. Then pour the ground seeds into a small glass (be careful not to loose any).
5. Put about 4-5 ozs of pure water in the glass and let stand for about two hours.
6. Then take a piece of cloth (I use old tee shirts) and place it over another small glass.
7. Take your ground seed “tea” and strain it through the cloth being careful not to loose anything (especially the ground residue!)
8. Next, and this is very important, squeeze the grounds through the cloth getting as much of the slimy residue extracted from the seeds as possible (THIS CONTAINS THE LSA). I usually get this on my fingers as much as in the glass so I lick it off.
9. Drink the “tea” with the slimy LSA containing residue and get ready for a very intense experience!
10. Throw the grounds away! They still contain some of the non-water-soluble toxins!

I’ve used this technique many times and have never vomited or even felt the least little bit of queasiness. May all your tips be spiritually enlightening!
