I completely understand that a normal dosage of HBW is about 5 to 10 seeds. I have experimented with the normal dosage and have found HBW to be quite pleasant despite the slight nausea.

This time I wanted to experiment with an extremely low dosage of one seed. I wondered how it would make me feel.

I just want everybody to know that one seed of HBW is nearly pointless. I chewed one seed and held it under my tongue for about 5 minutes or so the proceeded to swallow the seed. There were definitely some subtle effects, however, they were very very verrry subtle and definitely not worth it at all.

(Note: I have found that a dose of three (3) seeds is a sufficient 'light' dose)
