So the first time I took these seeds was Saturday. Me, my bestfriend and my girl were all at my house and I ate 5 seeds, tried to scrape the fuzz off the seeds as much as possible and then proceeded to chew up and swallow them all. I didn't like the taste at all. It tasted like a rose petal. Long story short, I got nausious, puked really bad and ended up going to sleep earlier then I would have liked, but I did get visuals while I was awake and a positive mood lift despite hurling my guts into my lawn.

Tonight I tried the sublingual method though, hoping that it kept true to its promiss of no puking and still working and guess what, it worked like a charm. I didn't wana get too sick if it didn't work, so I only used 3 seeds, but even at this level, I can still notice a really positive mood lift and alot of clarity and added depth to my thoughts, although I am finding it hard to concentrate, I am enjoying this alot and will have to try again with a higher dose.
