(0:00) It's 8am as I woke and took my daily pills, 50mg Vyvanse I normally feel after 1 hour or 2 after ingesting it. Along with it, I took the following medications: 60mg duloxetine xr, 15mg Paroxetine, 450mg lithium, 400mg sodium valproate, 2mg lorazepam and 150mcg of T4 hormone. Since I was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder comorbid with type 2 bipolar disorder. I take this combo for about 2 years now, except for vyvanse, I started this year. The meds definitely have some interaction with it since they block some cytochrome P450 enzymes.

(1:30) I feel the amphetamine in my body rushing and making me get out of the bed and do my home work. After finishing it, I smoke 3 cigarettes and read a bit.

(5:00) Amphetamine still making effect, no less than before. As I see myself alone and bored, I dose 15mg morphine sulfate PO.

(5:30) the morphine definitely hits me, I feel that warm and blissful comfort, although its not overwhelming, its quite comfortable. I feel calm, yet woke and focused. I take some tums since I have some heartburns. I'm not sure if it could potentiate the vyvanse, as it does with adderall, but it definitely made me feel more of an opioid high.

(6:00) took some pre workout blend with Huperzine-a 200mcg, caffeine 200mg, yohimbine ~10mg along with my prescription lorazepam 2mg. By this time I feel moderate physical euphoria and I'm in great mood. I write for some time.

(7:00) I feel sedation at my body but stimulation at my mind. This makes me feel introverted and blissful. I feel like crying, I feel love and bliss. Physical euphoria is stronger than before and cognitive euphoria remains the same.

(8:00) euphoria starts to wear off, although I still fell a kind of rush free from anxiety or pain.
(12:00) the morphine already offset, the stimulant effect is more pronounced now.

(16:00) I take my night pills: quetiapine 200mg, NAC 2g, lithium and valproate again and, lorazepam.
(17:00) deep restful sleep.

The day after it was usual, with some extra anxiety, but not a big deal. I have no intention using opioids again, at least one month after this speedball experience. Yet I feel some cravings for morphine, the lorazepam and Vyvanse combo seems to mellow it and make it easier. Also feel some mild restlessness.
