0:00 In the mornings I take Concerta (lasts about 12 hr) Lyrica 75 mg, Tegretol 200 mg, Olanzapine 2.5 mg, Propranolol 20 mg. I took my meds and spent my day as usual.
8:00 In the evening I took my second those of Lyrica 75 mg with tegretol 200mg. I used to be a daily cannabis consumer. I spent my last year smoking pot and it has been about 7-8 years since I started to smoke but I haven't smoke at all for the last 3 months so my tolerance was kinda low. So I wanted to start slow to avoid any heart palpitations would cause by concerta. I smoked half of a joint and let it for rest. It hit me about 5 minutes later with an unpleasant heart rate which was about 140. But I wasn't really feeling it.
9:00 Decided to finish my joint and chill in bed. After a few hits hot flashes were running through my neck. I had some blurry vision with some restlessness. I ate some junk food which gave me some energy and stabilized my high. I was getting used to it again.
10:30 My alarm clock was ringing for my next medication. I was hesitating about taking olanzapine 7.5 mg and propranolol 20 mg. I checked on several sources to see if there would be a problem with propranolol (it decreases heart rate and blood pressure). I took them after a while later. And rolled another joint, it was done in 10 minuıtes or something. I felt some kind of burst of joy in my throat. It felt like excitement wanted to scream or laugh uncontrollably. Also I started feel weird warm feeling on top of my head and on all of my skin.
11:30 My heart rate was lowered thanks to propranolol and I was feeling euphoric. Rolled another one and I realized my 3 months of tolerance break was destroyed in a few hours. Concerta was wearing off it and I realized it doesn't feel that good with cannabis, at least for me. I wasn't feeling any side effects from taking so much medication and smoking. I was smoking at window, I don't really like smoking indoors. I wanted to stay at window and feel cold wind on my face for awhile and I enjoyed that. My skin felt like if it was covered with a warm blanket of joy. I could feel pin needles on my skin giving me a warm euphoric pleasant feeling.
13:00 I rolled another one barely got out of the bed and made a shitty joint. Smoked that one quickly and drop dead on my bed. I tried to sleep but when I closed my eyes I had a strange feeling of being moved on bed. It felt like if I was being dragged out of my body. I thought that was an earthquake and checked the stuff around the room. It was a bit unpleasant. I tried to sleep again and warm flashes hit me again. Especially on top of my head. I focused on that part of my body.
I mostly don't really feel anything on cannabis and become lazy. All I do is check dumb stuff on my phone or play video games. But this time I spent my time on my feelings. It was different than usual cannabis high. I don't recall falling asleep but I had a awesome one for 8 hr straight. And woke up without any side effects just a bit drowsiness.
Overall it's not good with concerta but it becomes something different with lyrica and diderall. Those effects could be different for everyone especially people with heart disease. I enjoyed my time and prob. will do the same this evening again. Peace.
