DOSE:
  oral Mugwort (tea)
    repeated smoked Mugwort (dried)

BODY WEIGHT: 120 lb

I found mugwort while looking for some cannabis substitutes. I bought an ounce of it along with some skullcap and other herbs.
My first time smoking it, I only smoked a bowl of it. It tasted bad and was harsh on my throat. That night I had some weird dreams that were unusual from what my dreams normally are.

The next time I tried drinking it as tea, it wasn't very tasty, and didn't do much for me at all. I did however have a sudden urge to meditate.

The next time I smoked about 10 bowls of it. About 3 grams I believe. I felt EXTREMELY relaxed and euphoric. It almost felt like a cannabis high without the anxiety, huge mind change, or paranoia I usually experience with cannabis. I was really sleepy and my mind was at ease. After smoking so much of it I got used to the taste and began to like it. That night I put some under my pillow and left some burning while I fell asleep.

The next day I'd like to believe I had some different dreams that night but I can't say for sure if they were related to the mugwort. I did however feel GREAT the next day. I felt well-rested, happy, and non-anxious.

I really love this herb.
