For about 5 days now I've been coughing and been very congested with a fever on top of that. Coughing to the point that my throat has been bleeding. I read certain things about salvia being a great healing herb so I decided to ingest some of it orally sense it wouldnt cause me to trip or anything.
I took a 1 gram of salvia divinorum and placed it in a plastic bag and ground it up into shake with my fingers. Then I took it out of the bag and placed it on a piece of white bread which I folded in 1/2 and ate. With in 15 min I began to feel less symptoms of my fever and also my throat began to hurt much much much less.
Its been an hour and 1/2 now and I still have a VERY slight cough and VERY slight congestion. But my fever is gone completely.
I am very surprised at the fast pace that this wonderful herb worked on me. The best part is that it had no side effects at all!
To the herb: thank you ever so much for releasing me from the agony I recieve each winter :)
