Abstract
Description and properties: MMDA, 3-methoxy-4,5- methylenedioxyamphetamine, beta-aminodihydromyristicin, 1-( 3-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-aminopropane is a colorless oil which forms a white crystalline hydrochloride, with m.p. l9O-191º from isopropanol. The salt is an air-stable powder which is soluble in water and alcohol, and insoluble in ether and acetone.
