“The Confirmation and Quantitation of LSD in Urine Using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry”.
Rapid Communications in Mass Spectrometry. 1993;7:106-108.
Confirmation and quantitation of LSD, as its trimethyl silyl derivative, is carried out using a commercial gas chromatography/mass spectrometry system. The method uses 4 times less sample than previous methods, extends column life by reducing the amount of derivatizing agent used and can detect and quantify LSD at the 10 pg mL-1 level.
