Abstract
S M Matthai and colleagues report two cases of cerebral oedema associated with the syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone after ingestion of 3, 4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA or 'ecstasy').1 Their letter is, however, somewhat misleading.
