“Effects of LSD-25 and dextroamphetanune on speech rhythms in psychotherapy dialogues”.
Biological Psychiatry.. 1973;6(1):93-96.
Abstract
The.effects of-LSD-25.and dextroamphetamine (DA) on speech rhythms in psychotherapy dialogues.were investigated and compared to those

found 'for monologues. Pause duration is 'one major mechanism by means of which speech rate is controlled. Findings

generally replicated monologue results, confirming the hypothesized Effect that with respect to a placebo, the average pause duration was lengthened by LSD and shortened by DA, whereas mean vocalization durat'icn was not significantly affected. 6-references.
