Abstract
18 schizophrenics were given 100 to 200 mcg. LSD [orally] and 18 normal subjects were given 25 to 40 mcg. LSD [orally]. . Under the influence of LSD, the perceived size of the subjects' body and its parts was significantly increased. There was no significant change in the perceived size of external objects. In these respects, no differences were noted between the 2 groups of subjects.
