LSD (40 mcg/kg i.p., 2 mcg/kg i.p. or 50 mcg/kg orally) caused marked relative and absolute neutrophilia in the guinea pig. 40 mcg/kg LSD i.p. also caused significant eosinopenia. The changes resemble those produced by non-specific stress.
