Abstract
A study was made of the effects of LSD on experimental animals, normal subjects and psychotic patients, with special regard to the cardiovascular system, respiration, the alimentary canal, renal function, metabolism, glands, muscles, antagonism to adrenaline and noradrenaline antihistaminic activity and toxicity.
