Me and my friend MD decided to take 10 grams of mushrooms, we had talked about it for a while doing 'twice terence mckenna's heroic dose' I figured Terence weighed about 140lbs soaking wet so I thought 10 gs would be my heroic dose and MD never was one to shy away from going to the extreme followed my lead, although I probably weigh 50 lbs more than him.

MD broke out the mushrooms and we proceeded to eat them. To my surprise I felt mild effects almost instantly, this has never happened to me before. Anyways, I wanted to get my bong so I drove us to my house and back to his sister's where he was house sitting and we had decided to have our trip. By the time we got back to the house the effects had hit us both harder. MD didn't put the alarm code in fast enough and the house alarm went off, not the greatest way to start one's trip but we got things under control eventually. MD wanted to show me this video, I forget what it was called, 'mayan prophecies' or something. It showed different scenes of industry, assembly lines and stuff. We were in darkness except for the light of the laptop and we both started tripin hard watchn the movie, havn a good time, engulfed in it.

After the movie ended MD who was laying on the couch and now had his eyes close was obviously in a different state of consciousness, his hands were moving like he was travelling through some medium and he kept saying that this is 'too intense'. I tried to coach him saying that 'this is why we took so many mushrooms was to have an intense experience' and he communicated with me that I was right. During this time I felt that I could feel the intense emotions he was feeling, a type of ESP and I tried to communicate to him telepathically although I do not know if he received any of it. I remember looking at the vine mural on the wall and seeing it growing, pretty cool. I then had the urge to get up and walk around but as I was walking I felt spasms go through my legs and I was in pain, hobbling around . I threw myself on a bed and the pain went away. MD and I were both laughing at this comical turn of events. As I was laying on the bed I started thinking about Terence Mckenna and his love of the mushroom and my love of the mushroom and I felt his presence overwhelm my body and mind, the closest sensation I could compare it to was an intense orgasm but it was non-sexual. However, I then hobbled back over to the room MD was in and my body felt like I had just run a marathon.

MD than went back into a different state of consciousness. I was sitting on a chair looking at him and he was laying down on the couch. His hands were moving so fast and in sync that it looked like he had martial arts training or something. He talked for a good hour non-stop, a lot of great stuff about living in the moment, I threw in a comment here and there and it was fun, we were playing with language in a way I hadn't done before. The whole time he had his eyes closed and his hands never stopped moving.

The second half of the trip wasn't as fun especially for him. He had neglected to tell me that he was starting a job that morning and we were still trippin hard at 4 am. I drove him home and he got to work the next day.
