I have only been using this substance for a few days and already notice a slight drop in anxiety and a slight increase in energy and attention.

While active in my system with the use of tobacco, I notice a minor 'upgrade in graphics' in my vision but only barely perceivable. Dreams are more easily remembered, however, I have been working on lucid dreaming practices for several months, so it may or may not be helping my practices.
