So.. I bought some cough syrup, Resilar, 150ml bottle with 3mg of DXM in one ml.
After drinking the shit, about 30 minutes later I began to feel the first effects. Felt quite drunk and some nausea was also detected. Unfortunately the stuff contained sorbitol... it's a laxative and caused heavy diarrhea and gas. That ruined the experience a little.
But the emotional effects were chaotic, starting about an hour after ingestion. I felt chaotic and stupid, but still perfectly capable of thinking rationally. I constantly kept thinking: 'this stuff is never going to leave my brains, I'll be like this forever', and this caused a panic reaction. I fortunately could keep it down by not thinking about it. I just sat in my room with radio on.
After a while I decided to go watch TV. This was weird.. when walking, all the bad thoughts got away and when sitting they came back. Anyway.. I turned the TV on and watched news or something... I was totally confused about the people in the show. They didn't look like humans. It was like I could REALLY see how stupid humans look.
Felt also very paranoid. I was afraid about people and everything.
Just kept hoping that the experience would go away. Eventually it did, which I felt very relieving. It lasted about six hours, the bad part started about an hour after ingestion and lasted for about two-three hours. Maybe I just had a bad trip?
And the diarrhea... I sat most of the evening in a toilet. I got to sleep in 3 am! I drank the stuff in 6 pm... count from that.
After all, I may try this thing again, since it left no hangover. But I'm not drinking the same shit again, because of the diarrhea. If I could get some pure DXM.. hmm. Tiny bit of good, a lot of bad... but better than alcohol.
