Set: I am in normal mindset - neither uplifted nor depressive. The intake is done about 2 hours after waking up (8 hours sleep) without any food consumption.
Setting: At home - the perfect setting for me. The temperature is about 22 degrees Celsius.
Tolerance: 2*1.5mg bromazepam pills were taken 60 hours prior to the current administration.

Ò+ 00:00 - 1 pill of lexotan is consumed.
Ò+ 00:13 - I decide to eat something (4 sandwiches). I hope it doesn't slow down the absorption rate of the bromazepam.
Ò+ 00:20 - I feel a bit cold.
T+ 00:31 - Cold chills go through my body.
Ò+ 00:35 - I think, my thought is a bit blurry.
Ò+ 00:38 - The effects I am feeling in the moment are really close to the effects of 500ml beer. The music seems a bit more enjoyable and I feel inner calmness + slight drowsiness.
Ò+ 00:40 - I am too lazy to focus my sight.
Ò+ 00:45 - I am feeling rather strange. There is feeling of inner well-being (something like warmth), but in the same time the things seem a bit distanced, but somehow pleasant. A slight stomach discomfort is felt (barely significant). I don't have the desire to move at all and my random thought generation is reduced to a state of blissful thoughtlessness.
Ò+ 01:00 - I feel calm and lazy. I start some ambient music and do nothing.
Ò+ 01:10 - I feel a bit bored but I don't mind at all (usually in normal situations I start doing things).
Ò+ 01:20 - The effects are subsiding.
Ò+ 01:55 - I feel really sleepy.
Ò+ 02:30 - Slept for half an hour.
Ò+ 04:10 - The effects can no longer be felt.
T+ 28:00 - On the morning and during the next day no post effects could have been felt.
Summary: The effects of 3mg lexotan were negligible. They were most profound (could be felt) between T+00:40-T+01:10 and consisted in slight thought blurriness, calmness and indifference - i.e. you feel the same no matter of you are doing something or you are just sitting and watching the ceiling. After the 90th minute most of the effects were already unnoticeable and were replaced by feeling of sleepiness and falling asleep was pretty easy. After the 4th hour I was in normal mental and physical state.
Author's Opinion: For me the intake of 3mg bromazepam is quite pointless for recreational use. The experience is extremely uninteresting and I don't see any abuse potential in such doses. I suppose it could be used to boost the effects of some other CNS depressants but I don't think it's wise.
