After smoking weed for a brief period of time I began to think about taking my mind expansion to the next level. I started to consider psychedelics and contacted my dealer. He said all he had at tghe moment was something called 2C-I. I had never heard of it, but he said he thought it was a good introduction into the psychedelic world.

I mixed the 15mg of 2C-I with some Gatorade and downed it (I had eaten about 3 hours prior). It had a very chemical-like taste, but was bearable. After about and hour andd a half I started to feel effects. Through the creeps of doubt it really started to hit me.

The walls of my room moved and seemed to wave. The people I watched on television had grotesquely shifting bodies, with huge heads and small bodies for one second, the. tiny heads and fat body the next. My only complaint for the whole experience had to have been the stomach discomfort. I wanted to throw up the entire time, but to no avail.

I turned off the TV and decided to focus of the mental portion of the trip. I laid back and put my headphones on. I had a tripping playlist already made for the occasion and hit shuffle. Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles came on. I began to see intense closed eye visuals, but everything I saw had nothing to do with the song. I saw egyptian like patterns and pink lightning. It was beautiful. I truly wanted to let my mind go and began to focus on that. My mind became a giant puzzle and all of a sudden it was blasted apart. I saw billions of puzzle pieces flying into infinity and then one word permeated every thought. Zel. I saw the word and became the word. I came to understand that 'Zel' was apparently the universal term for complete loss of the mind and letting one's ego go. So I continued to 'Zel', seeing incredible patterns and visuals.

No matter how hard I tried to completely let myself go I would get so close but never make it. For some reason Space Bound by Eminem was on the playlist and started playing. This is where the experience turned negative for a bit. I saw piercing eyes everywhere. they were angry and scowling at me. The words 'Will Eat You' formed and I immediately opened my eyes and ripped my headphones off. The image remained imprinted on my ceiling for a while and I managed to calm myself down.

The rest of the trip was spent watching videos on Youtube and TV, trying to distract myself from the stomach discomfort. All in all the experience lasted for about 7 hours and I don't plan on doing it again. I value what happened and what I learned, but the fact that my stomach was in in pain the whole time distracted me and really took away from the whole experience.
