DOSE:
200 mg smoked Cannabis
BODY WEIGHT: 125 lb
Prior substance use: Weekly Marijuana use

I had a headache beforehand and was a bit apprehensive about smoking. Decided to do it anyway as the headache subsided.

T+0.00: Smoked the weed in A’s garage. About 3/4 of the way through our session I started pulsating with energy. It was like pressure on all of my body, not pleasant but not bad. If I closed my eyes I rocked back and forth and lost my balance.

As we walked inside the energy started becoming painful with lots of pressure in my head and nose. It felt as if my skull were being ripped apart from inside. I saw mental images of it being stretched and pulled. If I closed my eyes I felt like I was freefalling while facing up, this wasn’t bad but it was accompanied by dizziness. I tried to convince myself that it would be fine but it continuously got worse, to the point where I could barely understand the movie we were watching or even sit up. It felt like the one migraine I have had before. It was not pleasant.
It felt like the one migraine I have had before. It was not pleasant.

After 2 hours was I finally was able to fall asleep. In the morning I woke up feeling very crappy.

After that night I have resolved to never smoke when I have a headache, as the pain is augmented so much. It just ruins the entire night.
