MDMA Comedowns

Over the years I've had a steady supply of (almost) pure MDMA powder. A standard dose is 100mg. I have tried doses ranging from 50mg - 900mg in a given night. Even after approaching a gram of the substance, I found I still had little to no 'crash' (something my friends dread at the end of their rolls).

After about 30-40 rolls however, my MDMA hangovers began to get noticeably worse. I've found a few ways that help me keep the intensity of my crashes to a minimum.

- Doing MDMA multiple nights in a row WILL make me feel like shit
- The length of MDMA experience is in direct proportion to how awful I will feel the next few days
- Failure to drink lots of water will make me feel very dehydrated and fucked up the next day
- Post-loading with 5-HTP will make me feel better much quicker
- Beginning to take vitamins regularly has seemed to help with my comedowns but not in any drastic way
- Marijuana (and a lot of it) can help me breeze through my comedowns and can even bring back my roll a bit

Another thing to be wary of is when I am rolling face it often seems like a good idea to take more MDMA. I try and plan out how much I am going to do beforehand, rather than make spur of the moment type decisions. Redosing seems to bring the negative effects back much more effectively than the positive effects.
