My history: I am 22 years old. In the past I was addicted to speed, weed, alcohol and have done many ekky's and have tried many other things. I have only recently kicked the alcohol. I have been trying different legal substances.

Today I got some tyrosine powder and Kava tablets. Over about 2 hours I have consumed 3 teaspoons of the L-tyrosine and 10 pills of kava at 2400mg each. I believe the tyrosine has over-ridden the Kava. I first noticed some visual distorsion, I felt pretty relaxed and talkative. I had some dinner and sat down to relax. Then the speedy side kicked in, I jumped up and fed the dogs and the cat. I then had a shower and came out to write this report.

It feels a bit like speed in the sense that I feel like I could do anything and my fingers can't type fast enough. It's not as good of a feeling as speed used to be for me. But it definately gave me energy and motivation to do what I gotta do. I don't think I'll be sleeping any time soon. My mind is working at 100 miles an hour.

All in all I am very surprized. I just think I may have taken too much.
