Great to relax. Great for bed (3 bags is nice).
Smoking doesnt seem to do anything, tastes like shit, and is harsh.
Maybe this is just me but, I have no craving what-so-ever to smoke a cig when consuming chamomile..weird.
This along with valerian root would be a great sleep aid (not that IT (chamomile) isn't already.
Love this tea..
