3 glasses oral Alcohol - Beer/Wine  
  20 mg oral Pharms - Zolpidem (pill / tablet)
BODY WEIGHT: 170 lb
Three glasses of red wine before dinner. After dinner took two 10 mg (20 mg total) of Ambien. Rx prescribed by local MD for sleep disorder, but for 10mg only @ bedtime.

Barely remember being taken to the ER by my Son as he thought I was having a stroke. Barely remember tests (EKG, blood) administered by ER personnel.
