Muscle spasms that I consider negative effects, something which I experience, and my friends agree with me also, ( dealer to) that almost everytime we take in the range of 4-5 grams of mushrooms ( cubensis) we usually get 'the jitterys' ( the slang word for this). Basicly when ever I get a powerful body high ( and all other shrooms I have talked to often expirience this) I get this strange feeling like there is just so much energy flowing through my veins ( about 5 minutes after ingestion ( faster with tea)) and a feeling were I just need to expend energy, like I have to much energy for my body to handle, and my limbs start to shake when I'm not paying attention. The first time I ever tripped ( 4.5 grams) I experienced the 'jitterys' and I found it very alarming and unpleasent.
