I am used to strong analgesics like morphine sulfate (150 mg capsules), dilaudid (4mg tabs), fentanyl (Duragesic patches 100ui).
I have moderate pain but my bf has severe pain. Ultram is good for the pain, but obviously it is nothing compared to the other opioid/narcotic meds that I have taken. I am unsure about the euphoric effects as I usually swallow some hydromorphone, but recently I have taken the Ultram alone and it is an effective pain reliever and I get a bit of euphoric effect.
