DOSE:
1 leaf sublingual Salvia divinorum (leaves)
I find using salvia, the quid method in tiny doses can be very helpful in calming panic and anxiety. It also helps with depression and seems to make me more upbeat. The calming effects seem to only last for a few hours but i'm sure the after-effect is there for a few days, also great for meditation, it even keeps my mind very clear and i have a very active mind most of the time.
