This is the best and safest sleeping pill you can get. I've been taking it on occasion for the past few months and I have not gotten any withdrawal symptoms. It has a short half life which means I will get about 7-8 hours of sleep from a dose. There is no drowsiness or groginess whatsoever. The drug gives me a very cozy, relaxed sleepy feeling which almost feels euphoric at times. All in all, I take this to get some rest and nothing more. This stuff makes me dream as well and has been reported to not interrupt R.E.M. sleep which doctor's say is the most beneficial to the body/mind. In contrast - weed, alcohol, etc. inhibits rapid eye movement. The only downside to Zoplicone/Imovane is an unpleasant drug-like aftertaste in my throat, but it's not overwhelming. Sweet dreams.
