Well took 20 mg Adderall ER at 12:00.

Crushed rit at 1:45

Snorted between 1:47-154

Felt around 1:57

Coming up till bout 2:20

Peak from 2:20-2:40

Buzz still there, but not like it was before.

A bit depressed feeling 3:25

Sleep at 4:00

During the main part of the buzz mostly it was a slight body buzz, which for my was mostly felt in my upper back and back of my head. My upper back seemed like it was tightened all the time but it wasn't. Back of my head just felt tingly and did for awhile. During the whole thing I wasn't hungry, cause of both Adderall and ritalin together. I've done higher doses, and they are more intense. But this dose was alright for awhile. I can see how they say it is like coke. It doesn't last long and makes me feel pretty good. Peace guys.
