Fast And Slow Motion
Nutmeg

DOSE:
3 Tbsp oral Nutmeg (tea)
I made cinnamon tea and put a few heaping spoonfulls of nutmeg in it and then added honey. (this was in a 'french press' coffee cup so that I wouldn't have to swallow pieces of nutmeg, or so I thought.) I let the tea and nutmeg sit in hot water and then drank the mixture. It didn't taste good AT ALL. It almost made me throw up actually.

About 30 minutes after I had finished the tea I started to feel light-headed and my vision started to become a little blurry. My stomach and my head started hurting a little. My fingers started feeling a little numb. Well, not really numb, but it felt weird to touch things. After a while, my heart started feeling like it was pounding. I felt like I was floating. I was very relaxed. I felt like I was moving in fast motion, but everything around me was in slow motion. Sounds were distorted.

I went into my bathroom and looked in the mirror. I had a few weird minor hallucinations most of which I can't remember (one that I do remember was that I was talking to my mom, but in reality I think she was really there) and then I felt like I had the munchies and went in my kitchen and I think I ate something and got some water. I thought about how bad my nutmeg tea had tasted and wanted to wash the taste out of my mouth. In my dillusional state I had convinced myself that it was nutmeg flavored tea with added nutmeg, although in reality it was cinnamon tea with added ground nutmeg.

It was kind of hard to sleep that night. I was tired, but kept waking up because my stomach hurt or because I would have to get up and urinate frequently. I had a headache and felt hungover the next day. Over all though, I think it was a pretty decent experience. I would try nutmeg again the next time I'm bored and want to feel like I'm off in my own little world.
