1-5 grams psilocybe mushrooms per person
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger root
1 tsp fresh basil
4 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
Grind or chop mushrooms, preferably using a mortar and pestle. Pour 2 cups water over mushrooms in a medium sauce pan, place over medium-high heat. Once boiling, add ginger and basil, and reduce heat to simmer. Reduce to desired volume, at least fifteen minutes. Strain and drink from a ceramic glass, in a circle among friends.
