DOSE:
280 mg oral DXM
BODY WEIGHT: 115 lb
Me and my girlfriend were doing DXM on a regular basis (about 2-3 times a week). Around the same time (sometime around valentines day), we were having a lot of unprotected sex. We found out a week after one of our mutual DXM experiences that she was 1 week pregnant during our last experience.

We wanted the baby no matter what, and worried about - and pretty much expected - abnormalities of some sort in our child. After 9+ months of worrying, she gave birth to a very healthy 7lb 5.1oz baby boy. I dont know much about fetal development, but I know that the main parts of the body affected by maternal drug use are the lungs, the ears, the eyes, and the heart. My son, G, passed his newborn vision and ear test, has a normal heartbeat, and normal breathing patterns. She was one week pregnant when she dosed the last time. Like I said before, I dont know much about the chronological order of fetal development, but I am pretty sure that if there were no abnormalities from the DXM 1 week into a pregnancy, then there should be little chance of abnormalities in the first trimester. I am no doctor, have no degree of any sort, and I am NOT in any way recomending that pregnant women engage in doing any kind of drug - especially one as intoxicating as DXM - while pregnant. This is for educational purposes only, and I hope that this will be one step forward in the research on the effects of DXM on a developing fetus.
