I eat my mushrooms as usual and wait until the highest level is reached, about 2 hours. Then I shut off all lights arround and gaze into the darkness for about 5 minutes. I listen to Amplitude-Music like Trance or Techno, at least 120 bpm. After gazing into complete darkness I turn on the Stroboscope. I prefer a little Strobo with several levels of power. The best setting is about 10 Hz per second. I open my eyes wide and stare directly into the light.

After 2 Minutes Iīll realize something special. Then I shut off the light and keep gazing into darkness. Now I canīt speak and canīt move. I’m into an abscence. This is pure trance. After another 2-3 Minutes the attack will occur. I will have a nice epileptical attack which will last not more than 1 Minute. After that Iīll sleep (I haveīnt a choice) for about 30 minutes. I donīt panic at all. The feeling, the emotions during an attack is SO GREAT!!! I feel the waves crawling through my brain and I canīt stop it!
