I was prescribed tramadol for strong neck pain and took it. 50 mg.

It is quite effective and attractive at first, but after 6 months or a year of use, I have developed a tolerance to the drug and it no longer works and I am constantly fighting the pain. I have imported tramadol and increased the prescription dose I take, but it is not working.

I have been living on 50mg every hour, taking it when the pain is strong and then taking it again. I would like to get a prescription for an even stronger painkiller, but I am in a difficult situation because I am a Japanese living in Japan and stronger drugs are not covered by my prescription.

I don't recommend taking it for a long period of time and in large doses.
