Smoked half a gram 5-Meo-DMT in one day. At the beginning the amount was very small like only a few grains. An experience before resulted in a strong trip with a dose this low. I felt a little bit nausea before smoking but this disappeared with the first hit.

The effect start within the first 30 sec after inhaling. Because of the dose it was good managable and a distinct stimulation and mind altering shift of mind was noticable. The dosage was really this small comparing to the head of a pin needle. Maybe <5mg.

I continued with more weight. The smoke did get really harsh and it was more difficult to breathe if more was used for hit. It is easy to observe that the stimulation gets stronger. It feels like looking through really clean glass and with a view really ultrasharp High definition. But also the nausea and the problem with breath did get stronger . This is because the smoke has to be inside long to get the full effect. And in combination with the taste it is just a difficult feeling. At the same time a stronger effect occured. I start to be in a different room or better said in typical DMT mindspace. Yes 5-meo-DMT is less visual than nn-DMT but I still have very strong hallucinations. The mind trip isnīt so chaotic like LSD and really often identical each trip resulting in a more controllable or structured experience. Of course it is extremly strong at some level but also euphoric, psychedelic, spiritual and really hallucinogenic.

At some point the dose was really just what I expect that does look like ~20mg but could be more or less but subjective the end of highest reasonable dose. At this point it was to difficult to smoke all at once and this were several inhaling started for one trip. This was hardcore. The RoA (Route of administration) was on foil with a paper chillum what is well but you lose for sure a good amount of substance. So there was a big amount on foil and one to four inhaling was tried. The first hit (after dozens or even more before, maybe after 40-120mg, there was a lot of oil on the foil which I could smoke too) was easy like at the beginning and with the trip already taking effect a second hit was inhaled and even a third one. This is where unmanagable changes are starting with the full amount of effect the 5-Meo-DMT can have.

First of all the most extreme was the vomiting . No chance to escape just thinking about dying, overdose and just helpless against an effect this strong. I laid in bed on the side and just let the vomit run out of my mouth on the bed. Yeah disgusting. It is just disgusting like vomiting from alcohol, high 2C-B, high DPT or Kratom overdose. It is a normal way of the body to react in this manner and is far away from a dangerous intoxication. It is even over under 30min and I just needed to clean the mess without more trouble.

This is the most annoying hardcore effect. But there occured other strong changes too.The hallucination gets next level and is easy comparable to DMT. My hands start fading, really cool and out of space. My whole body is somehow fading and every movement I do has this awsome after effect. Maybe my hands are vibrating and I see ten fingers on each hand. Everything is feeling sharp and powerful. The whole view is extremly detailed, I can look into objects through the surface. I see cats in my room and there are pictures inside pictures. Faces on the screen change in a psychedelic, really hot manner. I see faces through faces and my mind get filled with pure pictures of colours, dimensions, sensations and somehow this DMT-typical high definition optics. This is what I mean 5-Meo-DMT high dose is easy comparable with traditional DMT. But the higher the dose the more nausea, the more difficult to enjoy the taste and I just have to give in into the experience and maybe take a step back because it is too strong. Everything I want can be archieved under very strong doses. it is nearly identical but way more easy to enjoy. A dose lower then the extreme give me every effect I can expect: Stimulation, Mind trip, Hallucinations, Body load, ego-solution, psychedelic feeling, hyperspace, "entity" - present of other being.

This is the experience from the last 0.5g 5-Meo-DMT. The effects were already known but the consumption helped a lot to understand and consume the easisest way for now. First, I keep the dose low, tolerance is build up slow and I can choose my desired amount in samll steps. Second, the oil left is smokekable. A fresh dose has the most accurate effect but if there is oil I can smoke it with effect. I am careful to combine the oil with new substance because this will be a strong trip for sure with nausea etc. Better use a new, clean foil, pipe, "the machine" and smoke the oil seperatly. Third, if I am in a trip and smoke more it will get extremly strong just between vomiting and a strong mind altering effect. Last but not least my body tells me if it is time for a break. The consumption is just too diifcult with all the unpleasable sensations of the taste, smoke, heat, weaker effect.

And I avoid Melatonin during, before and after the session because it is alot of serotonine in your head, and make sure I can go out and spend some time with my pet during the session or the comedown.

This experience was super helpful to be more calmful for new future 5-Meo-DMT session.
