I reviewed several reports on lower doses of this substance, which coincided with its recent appearance in the research chemical market. Users experimented with smaller amounts but generally agreed that 20 mg would be suitable. Shulgin also speculated on a dosage range of 20-40 mg for 2C-EF. I'm excited to explore this new substance, that very few people have explored thus far.

T+0:00: I ingest 10 pills, each containing 2 mg of 2C-EF. The pills are transparent and appear to be nearly full, likely containing filler to achieve the 2 mg dose accurately. The small doses allow early testers to easily fine tune the dose.

T+1:14: I start to feel lightheaded; the onset has begun.

T+1:43: I go for a walk in the nearby park. The effects are noticeable yet subtle.

T+1:59: Visuals start appearing on the ground, giving it a wavering effect. Mentally, the experience feels numbing, similar to 2C-B. I feel cheerful.

T+2:05: Time feels significantly stretched, and the effects are intensifying. Songs seem to last longer than normal.

T+2:28: The experience is quite intense, hitting +++ on the Shulgin scale. Visuals are strong, but there's minimal body load.

T+2:45: Colors are more vibrant. The headspace is much less clear than with 2C-E.

T+4:00: I'm back home. Although it feels like I arrived an hour ago, it's likely only been about 30 minutes. My thoughts are scattered, similar to LSD but in a hazier manner. I'm reflecting on ideas from previous trips.

T+4:28: The time distortion with this substance is very evident.

T+5:11: I try to chat with a friend about the pronounced time dilation, which is unusual for me with phenethylamines. Typing a coherent message proves difficult and requires multiple attempts. Focusing on writing is challenging.

T+5:35: I notice a lack of emotional depth in this experience. I'm not feeling particularly euphoric or down, just generally good.

T+6:02: Still in the peak of the experience, I note a few household tasks and add them to my to-do list.

T+7:25: Still peaking.

T+7:54: The effects are starting to taper off.

T+8:26: Clearly coming down.

T+9:24: The effects are nearly gone, though I still experience some jaw tension.

Conclusion: 20 mg felt quite intense. This substance appears to be slightly more potent than 2C-E, for which my ideal dose is also 20 mg. The visuals and duration are similar to 2C-E, but the body load is light. It’s not a clearheaded substance, with significant time distortion. Emotionally, it’s relatively flat: my mood is generally good, but there's no euphoria like 2C-B. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would repeat it at the same dose.
