Very Underrated Opioid

I haven't taken any opioid (tramadol) for over a week and I haven't taken any strong opioid (tapentadol or buprenorphine) for over 3 months, so I'm going to assume that my tolerance has dropped quite a bit.

It's around 11:00 am and I'm going to look for my package with the tapentadol. There are many boxes of 50 tablets.

t+00:00 = Grind three tablets (150 mg) and add them to a glass of ice-cold Coca Cola. For some reason I feel that the effect should be quick this way. I drink them instantly. The taste is pretty bad. Meanwhile I drink my first coffee of the day (small cup).

t+00:02 = I'm starting to feel a certain euphoria, although it clearly could just be placebo. I was watching Sixth Sense and I'm enjoying it like never before. My legs feel very light and sensitive. My head feels certain tickles.

t+00:05 = I crush three more tablets (150 mg), I make some lines and snort them in small quantities, this way it hardly hurts at all. Here the effects begin to be more noticeable.

t+00:10 = Holy shit! This is what I'm talking about when I talk about opioid euphoria. There is nothing like it. It is a feeling of being happy with everything and everyone. My body feels very light, it seems as if I were flying and my arms and legs were separated.

t:00:15 = The euphoria is already clearly noticeable. I close my eyes and feel an indescribable pleasure. I feel like a breeze hits my entire body. I didn't pay much attention to the movie anymore. Luckily I'm alone in my room because if I had done this with other people the high would have been very noticeable. I get easily paranoid when I'm the only one who's high and the others are sober.

t:00:20 = I think the euphoria reaches its highest point. Even walking is pleasant (I hate walking). The bad thing is that my coordination and balance are not quite right, something similar but not as noticeable as with pregabalin. I also feel enormous affection for my cats that accompany me in the house. I tell them how much I love them and I care for them.

t+00:25 = Euphoria grows much more when I put on headphones and music that I like. I also have a hard time writing by hand.

t+00:30 = I go on my cell phone to answer some WhatsApp messages and writing is extremely difficult for me. I confuse letters and phrases. I usually write very fast but not now.

t+00:40 = I think the euphoria is starting to subside slightly. What I did 10-20 minutes ago I easily forget. I also feel a certain disorientation.

t+01:00 = The euphoria is definitely going away but I still feel it a little. I talk to someone and despite having slurred speech and a slightly runny nose, I tell them that I have a little cold and they don't ask any more. I look in front of the mirror and see that my pupils are tiny.

t+01:30 = The euphoria is already gone. I go out to the garden of my house. I feel in a very good mood and disposition. My mother asks me to do something that I don't remember well but that on previous occasions I wouldn't have done it but now I did it without any problem. The physical effort is almost not noticeable.

t+02:00 = I no longer feel any euphoria but I really liked the effects. I definitely put it above tramadol. And unlike tramadol I don't feel nausea or vomiting. I make myself some food (some pasta with tomato sauce) since I haven't had breakfast. I will repeat the experience at night watching a movie.

This is. I definitely put tapentadol one step above codeine or tramadol. I would say 50 mg tramadol = 150 mg tapentadol. Additionally, I did not feel any nausea or vomiting, as with other opioids. Later I plan to take it after having done some exercise since I feel a slight discomfort in one leg.

The cons are that the effects last very little but perhaps it has to do with the method of administration (oral vs. intranasal).
