I have recently tried multiple benzodiazapines looking for one that was a safe mild sleep aide for infrequent use. I have learned that the dose for these new benzodiazapines can be difficult to predict and to always start low. I had used Flubrotizolam once for an allergy test a week and a half earlier.

+0: I am making dinner and watching the news. It's near 11:00pm. My main goal is to test the potency and effects so that I could use this for more difficult than predicted psychedelic experiences. I take 150ug sublingually. The taste is not noticeably bitter, perhaps a bit sweet.

+15: I am feeling slightly calmer and also relaxed. I am uncertain if this is only placebo.

+25: I am feeling the effects. I feel calm and relaxed with a warm stoning body high.

+80: I think I have reached the plateau. My memory is a little foggy. I am getting sleepy. I feel comfortable, calm, and also relaxed. There is little desire to redose unlike some other benzodiazpaines.

I wake up feeling calming and anti-depressant effects that continue after my break at work. During the evening I do not feel hungover and feel more energetic and positive. The effects were stronger than expected and this is a good reminder to always start low and go slow listening to your body.
