First off I have been a regular opiate user for roughly the past 15 plus years and daily user for at least the past 10. After a very bad situation where shooting my heroin caused a blood clot in my spine that paralyzed me from my torso down for 2 plus years I was thinking about quitting. I ended up going to methadone maintenance treatment clinics to try to give it a try.

Here they use liquid instead of pills or wafers. I ended up being put on 100mg daily. I had become rather addicted to the needle when using my other opiates and seeing an opiate in liquid form every day I couldn't help but think- I wonder if I can inject this solution as is.

My first attempt at preparation was with a small insulin syringe. However the small volume of the syringe and tiny needle made it nearly impossible because of the amount of liquid and it being slightly thicker than water.

I then decided to use a 3ml syringe with a larger 23g needle which worked much better. Once I found a setup that would work I got ready for the test run. With this 100mg dose coming as a liquid in sterile sealed bottles all I had to do was draw it up.

After finding a vein and preparing myself I was ready. I was a little nervous but I knew I could easily handle the dose orally so shooting only most of it shouldn't overdose me. I still wasn't sure about fillers and other ingredients in the liquid but that won't stop an addict like me.

T-0 So with everything ready and my mind calmed I hit my vein and pushed the plunger only half way at first then untied. After about 10 seconds I started to feel a wonderful warm glow take over my whole body mainly in my chest. I then pushed in the rest of the methadone. After approx 10 more seconds I could feel another stronger wave come over me.

T+1min. As the solution moved through my bloodstream I could feel the greatest ever warm glow pumping through my entire body in like a wonderful kind of throbbing sensation peaking with every beat of my heart. It felt like I had just done the best heroin ever but with even more of a body and head rush.

T+30min. The great wave of euphoria with this was more intense and longer lasting than with any other opiate I had ever tried. It had been at least half an hour and the feeling was still as good as the first few minutes. With other opiates this feeling would be gone by now leaving just the regular opiate feel good experience of happiness and warmth.

T+45. I guess it was around 45 minutes to an hour when I noticed I was nodding out. I made myself stay awake in fear of sleeping through the best part of the high. I shouldn't have worried because this lovely euphoria was to last hours.

T+8hrs. After one of the best days ever. It was beginning to get late so I decided to lay down and relax. Even after all this time I still felt great. I was in such a state of deep relaxation that I decided to just let myself nod out and go to sleep.

I had just found my new heaven. Since then I have continued to use between 60 and 100mg methadone iv on a pretty much daily schedule with no appreciable side effects and no great tolerance growing with time. It's not as powerful as it was the first time but it's close. However if I take a 3-4 day break from it then when I return its nearly as good as the first time.

I have heard some people say iv methadone burns when injecting but it doesn't with me except on rare occasions. I still don't know what fillers and inactive ingredients are in the liquid methadone but I've used it this way at least 3 years with no health problems or issues to speak of. I'm assuming it's either very pure mixture or the other ingredients aren't harmful. However with the euphoria and warm bliss it brings me I'm not sure I could stop if I found out it was bad for me.
