Alprazolam is the drug that's affected my life the most. I am not your average junkie, I am a doctor (general practicioner, no fancy specialty or anything) and I have never reached rock bottom due to drugs maybe because I know about how to save myself when overdosing or doing bad mixes. I am aware of the dangers of this substance.

I have been on and off alprazolam for about 3 years for fun it has never been prescribed to me for therapeutic reasons (I've had a psychiatrist dose me with small doses of diazepam to help me cope with school) when I get on it I usually buy 1 box of 2mg pills each NEVER more than that, I make that box last as much as I can and stay clean for at least 6 months or else I'll be damned.

In my case at first girls were crazy over me because I looked and acted so confident anywhere I went and this is the bait to get you hooked on it, when I first started popping alprazolam I had girls for days, people liked more than ever and I even kept good grades in university but that quickly faded away.

Side effects ( as felt by me a veteran user)
-Droopy eyes
-Yawning (like a whole fucking lot)
-Slower thinking and talking
-short term memory loss and impossibility to form new memories while high on alprazolam
-More impulsive thoughts and actions
-sleepiness
