One of the Worst Herbs I've Ever Tried
Blue Lotus

DOSE:
inhaled Lotus/Lily - Nymphaea nouchali var caerulea
My boyfriend and I ordered some Blue Lotus flower (specifically for making tea) and he decided to load some up in the pipe and smoke it in our small room. As a consequence, I inhaled all of his second hand smoke (which usually has no effect on me with cigarettes and weed).

About 5 min later I felt like I was passing out, but at the same time my anxiety levels were rising as if I had eaten too many weed edibles. For the next 4 hours I experienced one of the worst drug-induced panics of my life. Breathing was extremely difficult, my entire body was vibrating really hard, and everything around me felt foreign and disgusting. I could barely move and tried taking CBD, valerian to make myself feel better to no avail. I suffered through this experience of not being able to breathe and feeling like everything was closing in on me for about 4 hours until I thought to take magnesium which helped my breathing and made me pass out intermittently. I would not recommend this to anyone who has anxiety. And like I said, this was all from second hand smoke in a small room.
