First, I'd like to clarify that my experience with benzo and benzo-like substances is close to none, since I've had tried only once 0,5mg alprazolam before and didn't feel much of it. Also, I am NOT diagnosed with anxiety or depression. Nonetheless, I wanted to give benzos one more try to understand why everybody seems to love them so much.

T:0:00 took 2mg etizolam pill. Starting to watch Broadwalk Empire.

T:0:30 felt a little nauseous, but I think it might be because of stress. I'm always stressed out when testing new substances. Supposedly the Etizolam's onset of action starts after 30 to 40 minutes, but I can't yet distinguish any simptoms of that. Gonna vape some nicotine and continue to enjoy the series.

T:0:33 stood up to puff a vape and I have to admit that I certainly feel a bit of slow-motion kinda like feeling, but I'm not sure, it might just be a placebo effect. Watching the series.

T:1:00 nausea went away, I feel really sleepy. Looking around feels like some slow-motion shit. Gonna vape and watch next episode. I wonder if the effect gonna enhance or is it a peak already.

T:2:00 definitely feeling sedative effects. My eyelids are getting heavy. I find it harder to focus on the series I'm watching. I wonder if I will remember what I've just watched. I don't feel like watching Broadwalk Empire right now. Probably gonna listen to some music.

T:2:15 I took a walk around my room and to the toilet. Looked in the mirror and I look like a zombie haha. I don't know, I kind of feel sleepy but at the same time I don't want to go to sleep so early (it's 0h19 right now) Gonna try to listen to some music. I wonder if the nicotine I've been vaping every now and then has any impact on the effect of eti. I mean, after all, nicotine is somewhat a stimulant. Chilly french rap is my vibe right now. Starting to nod a bit. I would like to stay up at least up to 3h
to see what's gonna happen, but am getting really really sleepy.

T:+3:00 I want to sleep, gonna watch some ASMR videos and then hit the sack.

Etizolam seems like a great sleep-aid, but that's about it for me. I don't see any recreational values here, pop a pill, watch some series and then go to sleep - that's what etizolam is definitely good for.
