DOSE:
25 mg oral Noopept (liquid)
BODY WEIGHT: 165 lb
I have experimented with noopept in the past, but often neglected the importance of having a high-choline diet while using it. It still gave me effects, but now that I have been consuming more choline, the effects are much more pronounced.

Some background about myself, including the "standard" list of drugs. I’m a 20 year old male at a very expensive east coast university that will put me in debt for the rest of my life. This means that I absolutely must make the most of my time here (I can’t afford grad school or an extra year), so there is a lot of pressure to perform well academically to maintain scholarships, grants, etc. While I was previously a user of drugs primarily for recreation, I now use them to enhance my mental and physical performance more than anything else. I have tried 2CB, HWBR, LSD, Shrooms, 4-Aco-DMT, 4-Aco-DET, 4-Aco-MET, 4-Aco-Mipt, 5-Meo-DALT, 5-Meo-Mipt, DALT, DMT, THJ-018, Cannabis, Amphetamine, Methylphenidate, Ethylphenidate, Cocaine, N-ethylhexedrone, 2-FMA, lisdexamfetamine, DXM, 3-Meo-PCP, Ketamine, Salvia, Nitrous Oxide, Alprazolam, Diazepam, Clonazolam, Etizolam, Trazodone, Quetiapine, Triazolam, U-47700, Heroin, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Tramadol, Codeine, Dihydrocodeine, morphine, 5-MAPB, 5-EAPB, MDMA, Kratom, Kava, Kanna, tobacco/nicotine in various forms, coffee/tea/caffeine, alcohol, and a plethora of nootropics, so I’m more than familiar with the effects of drugs.

Anyway, onto the actual report of a typical day of noopept use:

T - 0:30 I wake up in the morning stressed for a big assignment. I have a breakfast with tea and at least three or four eggs as they are good source of choline, and may supplement some additional choline if I feel it is necessary.

T + 0:00 I put 20-30 mg of noopept in a water bottle, shake vigorously, and begin drinking.

T + 0:30 I begin feeling effects such as slight physical stimulation, improved mood, improved focus, and dramatically increased verbal fluidity. Verbal fluidity is the most pronounced effect.

T+0:45 Over the next fifteen minutes, I begin to feel a large push in motivation. This is the second most pronounced effect.

T+1:30 The effects are peaked. If I have sipped the water slowly, they will last quite a while and I will be very productive. I call this “the writing drug” because I can write much faster, better, and more efficiently while under its influence.

T+3:00 The effects are just beginning to fade. I still have some time, but it’s time to start wrapping up my work.

T+4:00 The effects are winding down noticeably. I may develop a slight headache or feel a bit tired, but these effects aren’t very severe.

T + 5:00 Effects are gone.

Side effects: I have noticed some mild side effects which are dose-dependent. While this drug is anxiolytic in small doses, it can cause anxiety in large (excessive) doses. This effect is worse when the drug is combined with other stimulants. Also, I have noticed indigestion after I take this drug, but it has never been so uncomfortable that it’s been distracting.

Long term effects: I have noticed slight improvement in focus and verbal fluidity when I’m not on the drug, but this could be placebo.

Overall, I think this drug is quite effective as a nootropic when used responsibly, and with choline.
